As much as possible, we strive to provide the best support possible. We believe that this has been one of the keys to our success.
And for the most part, much of our support is handled via our phone line. But it is also important to keep in mind that we have other ways to get help. In fact, these alternatives may actually save more time or can be used during the weekends or after hours.
So let’s take a look:
Chat bot: We recently introduced this. The chat bot is the icon on the bottom right of the screen of our home page that says “Got any questions? I’m happy to help.”
When you ask it questions, some of the responses are automated, with links to answer you questions. But you can also reach someone from our support team here.
Videos: We consider videos a big-time priority at Measure Square. Consider that we have a library of over 350! We think videos are super helpful as you can get a step-by-step visual of how to make a function work.

Knowledge Base: This includes a multitude of articles that show how to deal with common issues. You can search the database and even provide suggestions, such as for new features.
