Are you getting a notification that says your subscription is expired?
This can be because of one of two cases:
- 1. Your license is actually expired.
- 2. Your license is stuck.
You can check by logging into your account from: cloud.measuresquare.com. Once in, click licenses from your sidebar. You can check the expiration of your license from.
If the License has indeed expired. Check your billing to see if you’ve paid for the license already. If so, give our office a call at (626) 683-9188 and one of our support staff will be able to help you. If not, purchase a new subscription.
If the license has not expired, it is most likely stuck. To fix that issue, click the ‘Revoke’ next to the license and reload your application. Your MeasureSquare 8 should now be up and running again.
